Authorities are seeking the public’s help to identify a young child who they say was abandoned outside North Miami Elementary School on Thursday morning.
According to the Miami-Dade Schools Police Department, an unidentified man dropped off the child at 7:30 a.m. in a black BMW at the school, located at 655 NE 145th St.
After dropping off the child, the man drove away, and authorities confirmed that the child is not listed as a registered student at the school.
The police have released an image of the man, car, and are urging anyone who recognizes either to contact the M-DSPD at 305-995-1553.
Tipsters can also remain anonymous.
