Goderdzi Gujabidze, 56, of Brooklyn, was placed into the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) following a multi-vehicle crash in Boone County, Indiana last week that resulted in the death of 23-year-old Indiana National Guardsman Terry Frye, according to the Boone County Sheriff’s Office.
